Objective and Technological Capabilities
Our objective is
to provide clients with high quality legal services in a
timely, responsive, cost effective manner.
A large part of
this process is to keep our clients informed about available
alternatives and the status of the work being performed. We
maintain an up-to-date law library which is an essential
tool in efficiently and properly resolving legal matters for
the benefit of our clients, and we utilize state-of-the-art
computerized legal research and office technology which
provide the firm and its clients significant advantages in
the amount of time required to efficiently complete a
project.
David M. McCleary
David McCleary is a graduate of Oakland University (BS 1980)
and the University of Detroit (JD 1983) and has been
practicing law since 1984. He is admitted to the State Bar
of Michigan and the Federal Bar. He has successfully argued
cases of first impression before the Michigan Supreme Court
and Michigan Court of Appeals and has taught at Oakland
University and Cooley Law School. He lectures in the areas
of Estate Planning, asset protection, civil and
constitutional rights. He is a licensed residential builder
and former Corporate Counsel to the Michigan United
Conservation Clubs.
